Good Morning Friends, When was the last time you had a day off with no plans? If so, what did you do with it? We have so much consuming our attention and lives all the time now, whether we like it or not. Thus feeding our guilt of not turning up. It's one of life's silent thieves. But one of life's virtues is indeed the day with no plans. It is a virtue as too many and it loses its value. Too few and we create disdain towards our life. The day with no pressure nor expectation. The one that might be the best of your life or the worst. The one where others may match our energy and joy. We're in control of everything but we aren't. The day where you can't change the world but you can change your world. The lack of things on your mind leads to the craziest dreams. All the possibilities ahead of you suddenly feel real. With just a bit more time and clarity. These days are the best days for wasting time doing important things. I remember around a year ago, going for a walk with friends with no particular destination (somehow we ended up in the pub). It was in fact through the park in the picture above and I remember thinking we could have been doing something way more important or specific according to society. Yet it's a memory and experience that I'll always have with people who matter to me. When you have a day with no plans, do only one activity that day. Be it a walk, a trip or something new. Do it when you feel like it. But plan no more than that. Let the day slowly blossom. Regardless of what you think, we don't experience this enough. A day off with no plans is actually at the top of most people's list of desires, they just don't know it. Sometimes, it'll pass you by without you even noticing. My blueprint for a perfect day off with zero plans -
If I can ask you one favour, it would be to make this day a reality in your own life and then email me about what it looked like in your world. I'm keeping this short and simple this week. Dream a little and enjoy the rest of your Sunday! Best, Lawrence |

Good morning friends, I trust you're well as we descend into the end of the year. Regardless of how good or bad your situation is or your year has been, you will be stronger for it. I think strength in this form is what truly moulds our self-assurance. Obviously, if it's been a great time, your self-belief is unlimited. Borderline out of control. But if you've had a bad time, you know that you'll come off better from it. I see lots of content online now of people saying they want complete...
Hello friends, As we approach the end of the year and the annual festivities, it's a timely reminder for us to slow down and take note. Life can usually feel non-stop but if we want a life worth living, it's important to create times in the year when we can manually descend and breathe. It is the most introspective part of the year so why not lean in and see where it takes us? We're usually quite harsh with our lack of achievements by this part of the year hence the big new year changes. But...
Good Morning, One of life's virtues is a walk with a friend. Aimless. Unconditional. And of course, usually coffee. We unearth levels of thinking we didn't know were there when we walk and talk. And from a selfless perspective, it can be extremely helpful to the other party. We don't have enough time to just walk. Yet walking is the thing that allows us to discover. It can be the best part of most days. Getting to share that with someone you love is special. Nobody can take that time away...
